Dynamic, flowing movement builds functional strength and coordination. Holding postures further strengthen the body and reducing excess fat while enhancing muscle definition and improving mobility across ligaments, tendons, connective tissues, muscles and fascia.

Sleep + Stress

Releasing the physical tension that stress stores in the muscles reduces stiffness and overall discomfort in the body, which can radically improve sleep. Regular practice is also known to reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone) while improving emotional regulation and resilience.
