In this 6-week program, you’ll learn:

  • How to meditate, to develop a sustainable, lasting practice

  • When to meditate, according to your own tendencies, schedule & lifestyle, and

  • Why getting good at meditation truly matters for everything else

These 6-weeks will teach you how to calm involuntary & intrusive thoughts so you can think what you want when you want. Common results include: a greater sense of calm, more focus, enhanced creativity, and better sleep (that’s just to name a few).
